Considered one of the best golf courses in Murcia. We have just purchased our dream holiday home, which will soon be available to rent. Welcome to a charming semi-detached house spread over two floors, located in a well-maintained golf and beach resort. We have carefully considered all the amenities to ensure you experience the comforts of home during your stay. The surrounding area offers a range
of attractions, promising a unique holiday experience. The modern, furnished house spans approximately 100 m² and features an open living and dining area that provides direct access to a large sun terrace and garden. On the first floor, you will find a fully equipped kitchen, a guest toilet, and a utility room. The upper floor consists of a bathroom and two bedrooms, both of which include a balcony. As a self-catering house, you'll have everything you need for a perfect stay. The kitchen is equipped with a fridge/freezer, hob, oven, kettle, toaster, microwave, Air Fryer, and a washing machine. The house has two bedrooms and can comfortably accommodate four guests. Nearby, you'll find a fitness center and a restaurant.
- In the first bedroom, there is a super king-size bed with a Juliette balcony.
- The second bedroom contains two single beds. There are two bathrooms:
- The first bathroom (ground floor) features a toilet and a walk-in shower.
- The second bathroom (first floor) includes a toilet and a bath with an overhead shower. The living room offers a corner sofa (which can be used as a sofa bed), a 60” TV with a wide variety of channels, and internet access. There is a patio overlooking the pool with a four-seater outdoor dining table, and four sun loungers for your exclusive use. You will have access to the communal swimming pool, which is restricted for use by units within the block only; wristbands for access will be provided. Linen and bathroom towels are included to enhance your stay. Additionally, a welcome pack can be provided with basic supplies for making tea and coffee upon your arrival (for an additional charge). Air Con on both floors. Our home is ideal for couples and families with children, thanks to its convenient location in Phase 1. It is close to the main gate, making it easy to walk into Los Alcázares or access the taxi rank. You can relax on the terrace while watching the children play in the enclosed pool area, which adds an extra layer of safety by preventing them from wandering off.
