Constructed in 1999, and totally refurbished in 2024 throughout, this modern apartment has full air conditioning and heating, a fitted kitchen, enjoying open plan living, sitting room and dining, with patio doors leading out onto the terrace, where you will find a bbq and outdoor dinning area - 3 bedrooms each with en-suite walk in shower facilities (each bathroom enjoying underfloor heating for the cooler months), and each bedroom having their own balcony, enjoying views to the Mar Menor, the Football Club, and the West Course, all the way down to the Mar Menor . Property fully prepared for your arrival including soap, toilet paper and bin liners. Laundry charges and departure clean. Air-conditioning and heating. Mid stay change of linen/towels for 10 nights or more can be arranged, for a small additional fee if required. Wi fi is available. Dedicated parking spot.
