The villa has a spacious living/dining room with direct access to the terrace and garden. The large garden has several relaxation areas and a large private swimming pool (4x6 m). There are also space for outdoor sports and activities as boule, badminton, yoga etc. ​ The villa has a large garage for secure parking. It is a time for everything and now it is time to sell the villa that I have been working so hard with the last 4 years. It is with a heavy heart we have now put it out on the market but necessary. It is a huge project for a single woman. The property has a superb location with walking distance to everything and has been well maintained as it has only been used for a succesful short term rentals!!
