The team consists of a Technical Architect/Chartered Builder
who is currently registered with the Chartered Insitute of Buildings
(C.I.O.B) and a Marketing/ I.T Consultant. We also
have an associated Architect, who is registered in Spain
with the College of Architects. We all follow the strict
rules of ethical conduct as laid down by the R.I.B.A and
C.I.O.B and other various associations.
Having
been based on the Costa del Sol for a number of years now,
we have acquired vast amounts of local knowledge related to the
property industry from town hall requirements, understanding
the Spanish building customs/process, rules and regulations with
regards to new build property right down to advising our
