SunnySpainHolidays Apartments is very cozy three bedroom flat close to the center of Malaga, Costa Del Sol, Spain. Close to the beach Playa de la Misericordia (7 min walk).
Just after the renovation (May 2019), all the amenities, furniture and appliances are new. Air conditioners work both for cooling and for heating the room. The apartment is very quiet, clean and bright. Shops, bazaar, transport and city beach within walking distance. It is not allowed to smoke and organize parties.

In 3 bedrooms:
double beds, warm blankets, bedding, towels, wardrobes, dressers, mirrors, air conditioning.

In the living room:
double sofa, TV, dining table, chairs, air conditioning, wardrobe.

Kitchen:
It is equipped with everything necessary: refrigerator, dishwasher, induction stove, oven, microwave, electric kettle, coffee maker, toaster, dishes.

Bathroom:
shower, washbasin, washing machine with drying function, ironing board, iron, hairdryer, boiler.

Additional amenities: beach umbrellas.
