Hay comidas que no parecen ocurrir dentro de un hotel.
En el patio de Balausta, la luz cae desde la claraboya como si la mesa estuviera al aire libre. El palacio alrededor, Málaga en el plato y una propuesta gastronómica que trabaja el producto andaluz con mirada actual, sin disfrazarlo demasiado.
