Hi guys I’ve been asked to set this up!!
From my mentors and very well respected head chefs I have had the pleasure and honor to work with all over the world !!! So here I am!
I started as a trainee chef when leaving school , I was So lucky to work for the most amazing and famous hotels in uk and Europe !!
Working with over 35k presidents from around the world and famous celebrities and football players for which I cannot and will not mention for legal reasons
Learning the trade trying to progress in life !
To cut the story short I ended up in Spain !!
26 years old , head chef for a beach resort
Within the first year was successful as head chef!!!!
With appreciation to my amazing team who all have amazing backgrounds who helped me achieve this !!! Without this kitchen team I would not be who I am today

Enough about the brief background of my self!!!
