CALAHONDA. Spacious 70m2 two bedroomed ground floor apartment available for winter let for up to 6 months from now until mid May. There is a possibility to extend this in the right circumstances.
The apartment has been used for holiday lets so is fully equipped with everything that you would need to move straight in.
There is a living room/dining room with wide screen television, hot and cold a/c. There is a private garden with sea views, table and chairs, barbecue and sun lounger. The kitchen is separate and is fully fitted with fridge freezer, oven hob, microwave, washing machine and dishwasher. The double bedroom has fitted wardrobes providing ample storage space. The second or guest bedroom has bunk beds and a small wardrobe. Both bedrooms also have hot and cold a/c. The bathroom is modern with wc, basin and bath with shower.
The apartment would be most suited to a couple. It's in a very pleasant urbanisation just below the dog park, Miel y Nata Mountain and Millennium bar. There is private parking in the urbanisation. Both the local bus stop and the taxi rank are just outside.
Please note although the apartment is ground floor there are several steps to get to the apartment and a couple of steps inside as well.
Rent 750€ per month to include water, fibre broadband and tv package. Electricity would need to be paid separately. Deposit of two months rent and no agency fees. References and proof of income will be required. Sorry no pets. Available to view now.

As from Monday 6th June we can now welcome guests from the whole of Andalucia. We've still got a lot of dates left in June. Come and enjoy some time at the coast while it's still quiet, before all the tourists return in July. We're doing a really good rate for the rest of June. We've still got a few dates as well for July and August and loads for September.

A partir del lunes 6 de junio, ahora podemos recibir huéspedes de toda Andalucía. Todavía nos quedan muchas fechas en junio. Ven y disfruta de un tiempo en la costa mientras aún está tranquilo, antes de que todos los turistas regresen en julio. Estamos haciendo una muy buena tasa para el resto de junio. Todavía tenemos algunas fechas también para julio y agosto y muchas para septiembre.

We're open for business for international travellers from July 1st. Spain has said that there will be no quarantine for foreign guests and the airlines are taking bookings again. We've still got some availability in July and August and plenty left for the rest of the year and for next year. For the time being we are able to accept guests from within Malaga province and will update this as soon as there are any changes. Please can everyone share this with your friends and family. We've closed off the apartment now for bookings up until 30th June. This may change depending upon the travel advice given and lockdown situation. Those with bookings before that date will be given the opportunity to move your dates or cancel. I'll be in touch and I'll keep you posted. Thanks. Pat
