It is south / west facing with a lot of afternoon sun, it is located in a frontline building on the promenade, truly an ideal location, less than a 30 second walk to the beach, cafes, restaurants and local supermarket, or, a 2-5 minute walk in the opposite direction, takes you to Los Boliches centre, where you will find all amenities required, from high street shopping to public transport.
There are lovely seaviews to the left from the balcony & the balcony is perfect for al fresco dining, relaxing with a book or the i-pad. We offer Fibre Optic WiFi Internet/TV with many English & international channels, (charge applies).

This apartment newly decorated with a contemporary – modern theme & gives a feeling of serenity as you enter, the kitchen is fully equipped for preparing light snacks to main meals (with the added bonus of a dishwasher). There is a utility room off the kitchen which houses a washing machine, and useful household items.
The lounge & dining area is quite spacious and very comfortable for a relaxing night in after the mayhem of the daytime activities. The master bedroom is situated at the front of the apartment, it consists of a large double bed & a single bed beneath, with ample wardrobe space & a chest of drawers. The 1st bathroom is the larger of the two bathrooms comprising of a walk in shower, well lit vanity unit, lavatory & bidet. The 2nd bedroom also consists of a large double bed & a single bed beneath, chest of drawers & again, ample wardrobe space, situated at the rear of the apartment. (with the 2 extra single beds, this enables the apartment to sleep 6 guests) The 2nd bathroom consists of a walk-in shower, lavatory & wash basin.
Down on the ground floor is where you will find the Pools & Garden, there is a kiddies pool and a large swimming pool, there is some seating provided, although you can take sunchairs to the area, the garden is spacious enough for the children to play without disturbing the sunbathers. This area is open from the 15th of June through to the 15th of October, and has something for everyone. Whether you want to unwind and relax or be energetic and active we offer it all.
