Hoy Way cumple 11 años
Lo normal hubiese sido festejarlo con todo el staff, huespedes, amigos y familia, como lo hicimos cada año desde mayo de 2009.
Hoy lo normal, no es normal.
Hoy solo sirve la tecnologia para romper con el distanciamiento fisico (mal llamado social).
Social es lo que somos, lo que siempre fuimos , y lo que queremos seguir siendo.
Social es ser humano.
Venimos de semanas duras, tristes para muchos, tristisimas, casi tragicas para algunos, en las que lo mejor hubiese sido un abrazo, una reunion con amigos, una cena con compañeros, estar con toda la familia.
Hoy lo normal, no es normal.
Solo de nosotros depende que esa normalidad ahora soñada, vuelva a ser una realidad.
No hacen falta vacunas. Con voluntad y ganas de vivir alcanza y sobra.
Este cumpleaños no fue normal.
Los 12 seguro que si lo seran !
Gracias a todos los que fueron parte de esta ultima decada, y un poquito.
Porque lo normal, vuelva a ser normal.

Way Hostel Madrid: Medidas extraordinarias en España

Tras el anuncio de las medidas extraordinarias adoptadas por la Gobierno de España con relación al coronavirus, en Way Hostel pensamos que es el momento de ser responsables, generosos y solidarios con nuestros clientes y nuestro equipo.

Las personas son nuestra prioridad, y responsabilidad, por ello, hemos aprobado una serie de medidas en nuestro hostel:

- Way Hostel cerrará de forma temporal y hasta nuevo aviso su hostel en Madrid a partir del LUNES, 16 de MARZO 2020. El establecimiento volverá a abrir sus puertas cuando los responsables sanitarios así lo aconsejen.

- Desde Way Hostel, entendemos y estamos seguros que esto pasará y todo volverá a la normalidad, por eso te proponemos que no canceles tu viaje, cambia las fechas, Madrid seguirá resplandeciendo. Tendrás tiempo para tu cambio de fechas hasta el final del año! Estamos trabajando con los servicios mínimos, así que el tiempo de respuesta puede variar. Puedes escribirnos vía email [email protected] para cualquier consulta o duda sobre este tema.

- Toda gestión de reserva confirmada será tratada según corresponda pasada la cuarentena obligatoria, es decir, a partir del lunes 30/03 en adelante. Trataremos caso por caso, nuestro compromiso y obligación con nuestros clientes es máximo, solicitamos un margen de tiempo para poder re organizarnos y darles las mejores soluciones.

Sentimos mucho todos los inconvenientes ocasionados, pero entendemos también que es un caso de fuerza mayor. Nuestro compromiso con nuestro equipo de trabajo, nuestra sociedad y sobre todo ustedes nuestros clientes es total, por esto hemos tomado esta decisión
Es momento de ser responsables y cuidarnos entre todos.

No sabemos cuándo volveremos a abrir, pero lo que sabemos es que saldremos de esta y que te esperaremos en Way con la misma onda y la misma vibra de siempre!

Way Hostel Madrid: Extraordinary measures in Spain:

Regarding the announcement of the extraordinary measures taken by the Government of Spain regarding the Covid-19 pandemic, in Way Hostel Madrid we think now is the time to be responsible, generous and act in solidarity to our clients and our team.

The well being of everyone is our priority and our responsibility, and therefore we have approved a few measures for our hostel:

-Way Hostel will close temporarily and until further notice, starting next MONDAY, 16th of MARCH, 2020. The establishment will reopen when possible, following the recommendations of the Spanish sanitary department.

-From Way Hostel, we are sure that we will overcome these complicated times and at some point in the future everything will go back to normal. We recommend that you postpone your trip to Madrid and switch your dates to visit our marvellous city. You’ll have time to switch your reservation for any time until the end of 2020
You can write us via email at [email protected] for any questions associated with this matter. Bear in mind that we’ll be working with the minimal services, so answer times might vary.

-The management of our confirmed reservations will be done as soon as the obligatory quarenteeen is over (30/03 onwards). We will manage each case one by one, we compromise to solve every situation to the best of our capabilities, and therefore we ask you to give us some time so that we can reorganize and provide you with the proper solutions.

We are sorry for the inconvenience that all this situation has caused, but please understand that this is a case of force majeure. The commitment we have with our working staff, our guests and our society is above all. That is why we had this decision.

This is the time to be responsible and to care for each other.

We do not know when we’ll open again, but we know that we’ll come back stronger than ever and we’ll be waiting for you here when that time comes, with the same vibe as always!
