Weekend trip from Madrid to the Basque Country, anyone?

We start in Bilbao on Friday with pintxos and a glass of c***r (or two). Saturday morning we explore San Sebastián with a guide, then the afternoon is free to hit the beach or keep eating. Honestly, both is fine. On Sunday we climb up to San Juan de Gaztelugatxe, the island where they filmed Dragonstone, and ring the bell at the top to make a wish.

Madrid just got a brand new food route 🐉🍝

Fuoco & Dragon is the first Italian-Chinese food route in the city, and it runs from October 16 to 25. 17 restaurants have each created one exclusive dish where Italy and China meet on the same plate.

Think carbonara made with Biang Biang noodles, an arancino with a Xiao Long Bao soul, ravioli filled with Peking duck, and dim sum with truffle and Parmigiano. These dishes only exist for these 10 days, so don’t miss them!
