A little over a year ago, Hôtel Du Temps Madrid opened its doors with a dream, a lot of excitement, and plenty of hard work behind the scenes.

Since then, this hotel has become so much more than a place to stay. It has been filled with unforgettable moments: guests from all over the world, wonderful people from Madrid, live music, creative shoots, brand events, film productions, celebrations, and countless beautiful encounters.

None of this would have been possible without everyone who walked through our doors, shared a moment with us, or supported our journey.

Our latest Chef-in-Residence with Peruvian chef (Llama Inn) was a wonderful success, bringing together exceptional flavours, warm conversations, and a beautiful community around the table.

Thank you to everyone who joined us and made this experience so special.

We’ll be back in September with a new edition, new stories, and new flavours to share.

Our 2nd edition of Chef-in-residence, was a success🧑🏽‍🍳

50 guest had the pleasure of experiencing a special evening in the hands of three talented chefs, masters of refined Japanese cuisine, collective, each bringing their own unique talent and creativity to the table.

Guests enjoyed an exceptional menu and a one-of-a-kind culinary experience ✨
