Amenities/Facilities provided:
Hob/stove, oven, fridge/freezer, microwave oven, washing machine, iron/ironing board, satellite TV, DVD player, air conditioning, shared pool area. Clean towels and linen are included. Please bring your own beach towels as these are not included.
Accessibility:
There is lift access from the underground car park to all floors.
Outside:
Beautiful gardens with a large pool area. There is also a pool suitable for children. Sun shades and sun loungers are also available in the garden for sunbathing and relaxation. Communal shower facilities are available on the ground level. There is private and secure off road parking on the front driveway of this property for your hire car.
Coast/Beach:
The quiet beach of Aldea is just 150 meters away from the apartment. The beach is a clean and sandy, blue flag beach ideal for sunbathing and children’s activities. There are also 2 beach bars which cater for food and drinks. A footbridge gives access over the road to the beach. The Floria beach bar serves great food here. Don't let its looks put you off, it is brilliant. The busier resort of Sabinillas is just a short 5 minute drive away.
Ports:
The port of Duquesa with its bustling bars and restaurants is just a 5 minute drive away or 20 minute walk along the beach for the more energetic. For somewhere more quiet try the closer Castillo which is popular with the local Spanish.
Golf:
La Duquesa Golf is the closest which is a wonderful hilly 18 hole course with views of both the sea and mountains and has fantastic views. San Roque and Valderrama are among many other golf courses within driving distance.
Skiing:
The Sierra Nevada mountains are a 3 hour drive from the apartment.
Travel
Malaga Airport - 50 minutes, Gibraltar Airport - 20 minutes. Car hire or use of car is recommended. There is a bus service just below the complex.

Sabinallas -5 minute drive
Estepona - 10 minute drive
Puerto Banus - 30 minute drive
Marbella - 20 minute drive
Ronda 1 hr drive.
Further details:
Duquesa is full of excellent places to eat. There are lots of restaurants around the port which are open all day and late into the night. There is a cash point in Duquesa. There are also Lots of bars and a night club in Duquesa. There are several banks in Sabinallas. There is a supermarket 2 minute drive from the apartment. If you go to Sabinallas then there is choice of several supermarkets.
