The newly fitted modern kitchen will include a full height fridge and separate freezer, there will also be a dishwasher and washer dryer. The living area leads out of to a sizeable balcony overlooking the Passeo with seating for 4 people. You can enjoy outstanding views out to sea and towards Puerto Banus. On clear days you can even see Gibraltar and North coast of Africa. This is a suntrap until late in the evening but has an awning to provide shade. Free wifi & air conditioning throughout.
This is a cherished apartment which has been in our Family for 40 years, 4 generations have enjoyed holidaying here during that time. We are based in the UK but employ a housekeeper & handyman locally who are on hand to assist with anything you may need.
The property is located in a gated community in the heart of Marbella. The property enjoys sizeable & established gardens with beautiful flowers and palms. There are 2 large swimming pools & a further kids pool with plenty of sun loungers. The garden also hosts a well run restaurant serving a variety of cuisine at a reasonable price. The front gate leads straight out on to the promenade and on to the beach, just 10 meters away. In the immediate vicinity you will find ample shops & restaurants to peruse as you stroll up the Passeo. To the rear of The Skol apartments is an attractive, sheltered park & with children's play area. A short 10 min walk will take you to Plaza los Naranjos (Orange Square). This is the heart of the old town & boasts beautiful boutiques, traditional restaurants & street entertainment. There are 3-4 supermarkets within an easy walking distance of the apartment. A lightweight shopping trolley is provided. Free street parking is available to the rear or there are chargeable underground car parks close by. That said, the property is very central so we often find an Uber from the airport to be the best option.
