The new kitchen is well equipped with a oven, hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine etc. Linen is provided (sheets, blankets
, pillowcases, tea-towels & 1 towel per person. You are welcome to borrow my beach towels). There is no extra charge for laundry, changeover clean, gas or electricity (other than for air conditioning which is operated by coin meter on a time switch). The apartment will be cleaned & sheets & towels laundered between lets. An English company look after the property in Spain & are on hand in case of any problems. They have an office just 5 mins drive away. Travel cot available. 25 mins from Malaga airport. Hire car not essential but if you want to hire a car then you can get 15% discount from the company that I use. Bus stops are 5 mins walk from apartment. Pretty communal gardens and swimming pool. Beach is 5 mins walk. All other amenities (bars, pharmacy, shops, money change, supermarket, taxi rank, car hire office etc) are just 5 mins walk. The apartment is centrally located for trips to Ronda, Gibraltar, Malaga, Granade & Nerja. Marbella is about 20 mins drive & has smart shops & the famous 'Orange Square' in the old town. Fuengirola is only 15 mins away with its long beachfront & a large seasonal Aquapark with giant waterslides & grassed picnic areas. Approx 25 mins inland is the pretty ancient hll village of Mijas with its panoramic views, whitewashed houses & narrow streets & its famous donkeys. The Costa del Sol is famous for its many fine golf courses. The Miraflores 18 hole course with its excellent clubhouse, bar & restaurant is only a few minutes drive away.
