The patio is south-west facing with excellent views of Mojacar Pueblo and the mountains, a sun trap during the shorter winter days. With winter temperatures of around 20C, this is an ideal retreat for the longer booking. The nearest beach is just a 10 minute walk, and there are so many other beautiful beaches within a 10-20 minute drive that you could visit a different one every day of your holiday! Supermarkets, restaurants, bars and a small water park are all within walking distance. A number of golf courses are close by including the world famous Desert Springs, Valle del Este and Marina Golf.
