Why are we different? We work really hard for people.

Last night I answered a call at 10.30 pm from a family in distress as their villa they were flying in to check in to the next morning (today) was suddenly "not available".
We found some options by midnight, and another this morning. Over 50% discount was negotiated by our network with the owner to try to bring it in on budget. Paperwork and financials done, villa made ready, checked in and all happy this afternoon. AND RELAX.
