Low season does not have to mean low returns.

Could your holiday home be earning more? Find out how Rincón helps owners make the most of Malaga’s winter demand:

From November to March, Malaga attracts winter-sun visitors, remote workers, digital nomads, golfers, sports professionals and event guests.

Three ways to strengthen your low-season strategy...

🏡 Adjust pricing around demand peaks, from Christmas and New Year to conferences, festivals and sporting events.

💻 Position winter-ready features such as high-speed Wi-Fi, a workspace, heating, parking, pool availability and access to golf, healthcare or transport.

📅 Consider Flex Living: furnished, serviced stays of 2–6 months that support more predictable occupancy while preserving peak-season availability.

With the right positioning, your property can stay relevant beyond summer. Rincón combines local insight, professional guest services and transparent management to help owners plan with confidence.
