August has been an idyllic month of days floating on the pool and chilling out with a good book, followed by warm Summer evenings dining alfresco and watching the spectacular sunsets from the cottage terraces …. Total relaxation!

JULY 2025

The only place to be during July, total relaxation in this peaceful garden with only the sound of cicadas and birdsong … a good book and taking the occasional dip in the pool!

Temperatures of 30C here with the sea breeze coming up from the coast 12 Km away, inland temperatures at Seville and Granada are much higher.

MAY 2025

After an extraordinary wet March where we normally have had very little rain for the last 3 years climate change gave Spain a much needed amount of water filling reservoirs to normal levels. Luckily due to our hilltop location we weren’t affected by any flooding.
Now with May’s warm sunshine the weather has settled back to Spain’s normal weather pattern with temperatures now in the low to high 20Cs.
Guests are amazed by the masses of wild flowers in bloom in the surrounding countryside!

SEPTEMBER 2024

A beautiful September sunrise sky at Casa Limones hillside, followed by a pleasant sunny daytime temperature of around 25C.

JULY 2024

Summer is well underway now and so far the temperatures up here looking out to the coast have been normal in the high 20Cs with just a few days at 30C.
The pool temperature is the same at 27C, peace and quiet prevails with just the sound of the cicadas!

It’s pool time at Casa Limones and Los Olivos with daytime temperatures in the mid to high 20Cs!
Guests are enjoying lazy days in the pool garden at their peaceful sun bed areas at either end of the large 8x4 meter pool.
