🏞️ Villa Mirador de Valtocado in Mijas offers breathtaking views of the sea and mountains. The villa has two floors and can accommodate up to 10 guests, featuring:
• Living Spaces: A cozy living room and a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher.
• Bedrooms & Bathrooms: 5 spacious bedrooms and 5 bathrooms. Two bathrooms are en-suite, two are shared, and one is conveniently located by the pool.
• Additional Features: High-speed Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls), air conditioning, heating, a washing machine, a dryer, and both satellite and cable TV. 🏓 A ping-pong table is also available, and families will find a high chair and 2 baby cribs provided.
🌞 Outdoor Highlights:
The private outdoor area includes a heated pool (pool heating is available upon request for an additional charge; please notify the hosts 3 days in advance), a whirlpool (also available for a fee), a beautiful garden, a barbecue, and an outdoor shower. 🌊 Beach and pool towels are provided for your convenience.
🚗 Parking:
The property includes 3 parking spaces on the premises and 2 additional spots in a garage.
🐾 Pet-Friendly:
Pets are welcome to join you during your stay!

• The villa is located in a quiet, residential neighborhood, so parties and events are strictly prohibited.
• Youth groups and guests under 25 years old are not permitted.
• The property is eco-friendly, with electricity powered by solar energy ☀️.
📷 Security Cameras:
There are 5 security cameras at Villa Mirador:
• 1 fixed camera at the parking area (always on).
• 1 at the back of the property (currently not in use).
• 2 cameras by the pool area (always turned off when guests are staying).
• 1 “mobile” camera located in a palm tree, which is activated only if there are urgent signals from guests.

Please be aware that local government water regulations may impact pool use, garden watering, and general water usage during your stay.
