The apartments -which have been completely refurbished recently- are in the most convenient location of the valley. How far would a FLAT walk from the apartments take you?
2-minute -> Bus transfer station which connects you with the whole island
5-minute -> Puerto Rico’s legendary 40,000m2 shopping mall
8-minute -> Puerto Rico’s golden sand beach
8-minute -> Mogan Mall, built in 2019 and it has over 100 stores

Whilst the apartments’ location will make you fall in love, its architecture will make you want to make out of Leticia del Mar your second home -as the oasis of peace and calm that it is. Now that you know where we are, we are looking forward to seeing you here :)
