All three large bedrooms have plenty of closet space and a private terrace garden door with direct access to the immaculate private gardens. Master bedroom has its own private ensuite bathroom with separate shower room, bathroom and toilet. All bedrooms are interconnected so ease of access is especially convenient for families. The kitchen is fully equipped and the big living room has comfortable lounge with TV and many international TV channels (SKY - TV). Recently installed new reverse osmosis water filter system in kitchen which allows guests to drink safe and clean water without having to visit supermarkets for bottled water. The lush tropical garden has sun all day, sun loungers and a private swimming pool with salt water (no chemicals). The villa overlooks the 1st fairway of the Anfi Tauro golf championship course. The Anfi Tauro complex also has a big common saltwater swimming pool, a practical supermarket and a nice grill restaurant nearby. Anfi Tauro Golf is within walking distance and has a fantastic 18 hole course, a 9 hole course, a driving range and a golf school.
