So we are getting to that point where we all start to think about the year gone by, and what we will do differently next year.
Are you happy? Really think about it, do you struggle to put yourself first?
My good friend Liz Brown and I will be running a Retreat by the beach in Oliva Spain for 6 Nights from the 1st of May. A retreat where you can really put yourself at the top of your priority list. Take time out to go from gloom to BLOOM recharge and renew.

We know offers like this brings stuff up - can't afford it, don't have the time, can't leave the business, how will they manage without me - most of those are the stories you're telling yourself and possibly denying yourself time, space, energy.
