Our apartment is currently undergoing extensive modernisation... Nearby tourist hotspots include the Mar Menor, Torrevieja, La Manga, Cartegena and Murcia.

About 40 minutes from Murcia airport and 45 minutes from Alicante makes this apartment really easy to access from most major UK airports. The apartment is located in a residential area set back from the main hotspots of the Cabo Roig Strip and La Zenia. Conveniently located close to beaches (9min walk!), bars, golf courses, beauty spas and much much more but far enough from it all to have a relaxi

ng and peaceful stay. Development has also begun on a brand new Universal Studios theme park towards Murcia city (approx 40 mins away)

So this was our Spanish apartment back in 2013 after its last refurbishment... We have decided its time for a complete revamp so roll on the renovation!

Enjoying a week's stay. Went swimming in the sea at Campoamor beach yesterday - great fun in warm sea, and only 10mins from the appartment :)
