✨ Another great day at A&L Keyholding & Cleaning! 🏡🧹

Today, we’ve been busy giving a beautiful, large villa a complete clean from top to bottom, including all the terraces. We believe every detail matters, and we always aim to leave every property looking its absolute best! 💪✨

Of course, some jobs come with their own challenges! 😅 The berries falling onto the terrace have been a bit of a headache, but we’re not the kind of team that leaves a problem unsolved.

Our next step? Putting up scaffolding and removing the berries to help keep the terrace cleaner for longer. Sometimes, going the extra mile means finding a solution that others might overlook! 💪🔧

At A&L Keyholding & Cleaning, we take pride in looking after your property as if it were our own. ❤️

🇪🇸 What a busy day at A&L Keyholding & Cleaning! 🧹🔑

Today has been another action-packed day on the Costa Blanca and Costa Cálida! 💪☀️

🏡 Our day started in El Raso, where we checked out our guests from an apartment. From there, we travelled via Guardamar del Segura and the AP-7 towards Roldán, Murcia.

🇬🇧 In Roldán, we welcomed four English guests to their holiday accommodation. As we always do at A&L, we made sure everything was ready before their arrival. Even though this was a super last-minute job, we still managed to pressure-wash the terrace to remove all the Saharan dust and sand! ✨

🧼 Next stop: Los Alcázares! There, we gave a beautiful ground-floor apartment a complete top-to-bottom clean. We leave the terraces until just before the next guests arrive, so they look as fresh and clean as possible at check-in. That's how we handle those last-minute finishing touches!

🧺 After that, we collected laundry from one of our valued regular clients before heading to San Miguel de Salinas for another check-out.

Back at base, all the laundry was neatly sorted, and now it's time to head to the airport to welcome our next guests! ✈️🔑

From check-outs and check-ins to professional cleaning, terrace maintenance and laundry services — no two days are ever the same!

At A&L Keyholding & Cleaning, we go the extra mile to make sure your property is ready when it matters most. ❤️

YOUR HOME, OUR CARE 🏡🔑

At A&L Keyholding & Cleaning, we don’t just look after your property — we’re there when you need us.

Today we are on-site to provide access for a glazier who is replacing a window that suddenly developed a large crack. It appears the glass may have been fitted too tightly, causing the glass to crack spontaneously.

From arranging access for contractors to supervising repairs and making sure everything is taken care of, we can be your eyes and ears when you’re not in Spain.
