We are seeking an experienced Female Chef (due to cabin arrangements) for a beautiful 34m private classic motor yacht cruising the Mediterranean for the summer season.

Start Date: 1st April
Contract End: End of September
Cruising Area: Balearics, Sardinia & South of France
Salary: €5,500 – €7,000 per month (DOE)
Contract: MCA (Malta)
Trial Period: 1 month

The Role
The ideal candidate will be confident, adaptable, and highly organised, with a strong background in authentic Mediterranean cuisine and other international styles.

You will:
-Create market-driven menus using seasonal, local produce
-Prepare homemade items such as breads, pasta, ice cream, granola, and more
-Deliver balanced, flavorful meals without unnecessary complexity (owners prefer clean, well-executed dishes)
-Cater for 2–5 guests on average, with occasional short periods of up to 12 guests
-Provide healthy, satisfying crew meals for 5
-Confidently switch between casual family-style service and elegant fine dining
-Adapt quickly to last-minute changes and dietary requirements
-Maintain a clean, well-organised, and efficiently run modern galley
-Remain calm, professional, and structured at all times

Working Schedule
-5-day working week when no guests are on board
-7-day working week when guests are onboard

Requirements
-Valid STCW
-Valid ENG1
-Strong all-round culinary ability
-Confident in all cooking methods

We are seeking an exceptional Private Yacht Chef for a 50m strictly private motor yacht (never chartered) for the 2026 Mediterranean season - with strong potential for a permanent, year-round role between the yacht and a private Tuscan wine estate.

What We’re Looking For
- Refined, modern Arabic cuisine (regional depth essential)
- Authentic, seasonal Italian cuisine
- Strong sushi skills (proper knife work & rice technique)
- Broader Asian knowledge is a bonus
This is a craftsmanship-driven galley. All stocks, sauces, breads, and desserts are made from scratch. Ingredient quality, discipline, and immaculate organisation are non-negotiable.
You’ll cater for up to 12 guests and 14 crew, moving seamlessly between elegant plated dining and relaxed family-style service.
We want a grounded, discreet, no-diva professional who thrives in a calm, respectful private environment.

We are currently seeking a talented and experienced Male Chef to join a prestigious 70m Motor Yacht operating on a busy summer Mediterranean schedule.

Position Details:
-2:1 rotation
-€7,000 per month
-13th-month salary bonus (after qualifying period)
-Flights and travel covered
-International health insurance provided
-Yacht remains in the Med and is largely unused from October to March

Role Overview:
The Chef will primarily be responsible for preparing high-quality meals for the crew, with additional responsibilities assisting when the owners and guests are onboard.
During the busy summer season, cooking duties are shared evenly between the Head Chef and Sous Chef, ensuring a balanced workload.

Candidate Requirements:
-Strong all-round culinary skills
-Confident in a variety of international cuisines

The Role:

We are seeking an experienced Private Chef to join a high-level culinary team supporting an Ultra High Net Worth family based in Palm Beach, FL.

Trial & Start
• 2–3 day paid trial to be completed before March 5th
• Position to start immediately after
• Temporary role: 3–4 months

The Role
• Part of a team of 4–5 chefs working on a rotation between multiple nearby family residences
• Structured time-on / time-off schedule
• Sundays are always off
• High-level, white-glove dining service
• Cuisine focus: organic produce & California-style cooking
• Occasional responsibility for private jet catering
• Shared duties may include grocery shopping (no budget restrictions)

Travel
The family travels frequently, and the chef must be comfortable rotating between homes in:
• Palm Beach
• New York City
• Colorado
• Georgia
All travel expenses are fully covered. Accommodation is provided in staff housing or a nearby hotel.

Compensation
• Day rate up to $1,000 USD, depending on experience
• No food budget constraints
• All travel expenses paid
