Today we are back with our special section to introduce you to the people who make each stay a unique experience 💙. We present you to Nadya Antonella Díaz, our outstanding employee. We spoke with her to tell us about her day-to-day and her experience at the hotel:
Nadya, what do you like most about working at Elba?
"Although it's my first time working in a hotel, what I like most is the work environment. I value the attention and support from both the managers and my colleagues, as they all care about making sure we work comfortably and in a good environment. In addition, the managers are very accessible; whenever I have any request or suggestion, they are willing to listen and value it."
What are your daily duties at the hotel?
"My main duties are the service in the hotel's à la carte restaurant, including taking orders and food service. Also, a very important part of my job is customer service, maintaining close communication to ensure that their experience is satisfactory."
What would you recommend to a customer if they come to stay?
"I would recommend that they talk to the staff, as they are very attentive and professional. They are always willing to help, make good recommendations, and contribute to making guests enjoy a great experience. In addition, they take care of the small details, which are what really make the difference in the service."
If you had to define Elba Sunset in one word, what would it be?
"Fun. It's an ideal place for everyone: couples, families, people traveling alone, young or older. Everyone can enjoy and find activities and experiences tailored to their interests."

Nadya, ¿Qué es lo que más te gusta de trabajar en Elba?
"Aunque es la primera vez que trabajo en un hotel, lo que más me gusta es el ambiente laboral. Valoro mucho la atención y el apoyo tanto de los jefes como de mis compañeros, ya que todos se preocupan por que trabajemos a gusto y en un buen entorno. Además, los responsables son muy accesibles; siempre que tengo alguna petición o sugerencia, están dispuestos a escucharla y valorarla."
¿Cuáles son tus funciones diarias en el hotel?
"Mis funciones principales son el servicio en el restaurante a la carta del hotel, incluyendo la toma de comandas y el servicio de comidas. Además, una parte muy importante de mi trabajo es la atención al cliente, manteniendo una comunicación cercana para asegurar que su experiencia sea satisfactoria."
¿Qué le recomendarías a un cliente si viene a alojarse?
"Les recomendaría que hablen con el personal, ya que es muy atento y profesional. Siempre están dispuestos a ayudar, hacen buenas recomendaciones y contribuyen a que los huéspedes disfruten de una gran experiencia. Además, cuidan los pequeños detalles, que son los que realmente marcan la diferencia en el servicio."
Si tuvieras que definir Elba Sunset en una palabra, ¿Cuál sería?
"Diversión. Es un lugar ideal para todos: parejas, familias, personas que viajan solas, jóvenes o mayores. Todos pueden disfrutar y encontrar actividades y experiencias adaptadas a sus intereses."
