Como eres de los nuestros, queremos contártelo en primera persona: ya ha empezado la I Ruta de Cuines del Món de Palma, y hasta el 15 de octubre la ciudad se convierte en un mapa de sabores de todo el mundo.

Más de cuarenta restaurantes han metido su casa en un menú: recetas de familia, platos que han viajado miles de kilómetros y sabores que nos cuentan de dónde vienen las personas que hacen, cada día, esta ciudad.

☀️ **A todas las sonrisas que han pasado por nuestros desayunos: gracias.**

Hoy me despido del Hotel Amic Horizonte con el corazón lleno. Durante todos estos años he tenido la suerte de empezar mis mañanas diciendo «buenos días» a personas de tantos lugares. Algunas estaban de vacaciones; otras volvían año tras año. Muchas dejaron una sonrisa que aún recuerdo.

He servido desayunos, sí, pero también he compartido conversaciones, pequeños gestos de cariño y momentos que me llevo conmigo. Gracias a mis compañeros por caminar a mi lado y a cada huésped que hizo especial una mañana cualquiera.

Me jubilo feliz y agradecida. Seguiré saludando, desde el recuerdo, a esos millones de sonrisas. ❤️

Today I say goodbye to Hotel Amic Horizonte with a full heart. For so many years, I’ve had the joy of starting my mornings by saying “good morning” to people from all over the world. Some were here on holiday; others came back year after year. Many left me with a smile I still remember.

I served breakfast, but I also shared conversations, little acts of kindness and moments I will always carry with me. Thank you to my colleagues for being by my side, and to every guest who made an ordinary morning special.

I’m retiring happy and grateful. In my heart, I’ll keep saying good morning to all those millions of smiles. ❤️
