Opened as a holiday home to anyone that seeks a laid-back and genuine holiday experience. The farm is in one of the last rural areas in Palma city. In a unique location: only 300m from the beach of "Ciudad Jardin" and Palma’s boulevard. A few meters

from the house you can sunbath and swim on the beach, walk, go jogging, or biking, or just relax and have some tapas & wines in one of the neigbour wonderful outdoor cafes and restaurants. Palma, the capital of the island, is located only 4 km from the house. The second oldest Gothic cathedral in the world, Bellver Castle and the Old Quarter of the city are just minutes away from the house. The bus stop is 200m.
