British-born, Majorcan by choice. Marc Fosh arrived on the island decades ago and made it his home, developing a cuisine deeply connected to Mediterranean produce and the place around him. Today, his restaurant at Convent de la Missió is part of the experience of staying with us and a destination in its own right.

There is always more of Mallorca to discover. This time, we leave Palma behind for a while and head towards the Serra de Tramuntana: mountain roads, stone villages and a landscape that takes us back to some of the island’s deepest roots.
