Dear guests, friends, and followers,
After 5 incredible years of running Camping Riberduero, the time has come to share some unexpected news. While the choice to move on wasn’t ours to make, our chapter here will officially come to an end next week, and we will not be returning to the campsite next year.
Though it is hard to say goodbye, we look back with immense pride on what we acomplished. We have learned so much and hope to use this experience in a new professional adventure.
We want to express our deepest gratitude to every single one of you. Thank you for visiting us, sharing wonderful conversations around the campsite, and leaving us with so many kind compliments over the years. You truly made this place special.
A special and enormous thank you goes out to Lisanne’s parents, ArendJan and Margreet. Now that they are officially retiring, we want to thank them for their unwavering support, endless hard work keeping everything s***k and span, and help with maintenance. They were the backbone of this entire adventure, and we couldn’t have done it without them! Enjoy your well-earned retirement, both of you! 🥂
Lastly, to all the amazing volunteers who rolled up their sleeves and helped us out over the years — you are all incredible, and we are forever grateful.
Thank you for 5 unforgettable years. We will miss you all!
