Villa Casa Blanca is a modern 3 bedroomed villa with private heated pool situated on the exclusive residential area of Monte Solana (Pedreguer), Denia.

Set upon on a hillside it has magnificent views of the Denia coast line and valley. Villa Casa Blanca has many features that make it stand out from the crowd including:

The villa was built for our own use and for rental when unoccupied. Completed in 2005 it has been built to high standards and has everything we feel is required for our family of four and guests. There is easy access to a wide range of beaches, restaurants and entertainments whilst being situated in a quiet location. Denia is about 15 minutes away, Javea 20 minutes . Approx 1hr drive from either Alicante or Valencia airports. Casa Blanca is a non-smoking villa and is not suitable for wheelchairs (see the photos!). Car hire is essential. The first photo is a view from the top of a nearby 'mountain' towards Monte Solana where the villa is. The walk to the top takes about an hour from the villa and certainly gets the blood flowing. Great views once you get there though!

The second photo is one of many sunset shots we have taken, this one from last October. They don't happen all the time but when they do they can be fantastic and cover the whole sky.
