WELCOME to Villa Fily&Lu. It is a new, unique and cozy villa. Villa Fily&Lu is the perfect stay for family, friends or honeymooners. You will feel at home from the first second on. It is a very cozy and relaxing place to spend your holidays. You will have plenty of space. Conveniently located close to Marina Rubicon, just a 8 minutes walk from the elegant harbour centre of Playa Blanca and 30km from the airport. Fily&Lu Villa features free WiFi throughout the property and international channels. Free private parking is available on site. The villa offers 2 big bedrooms, a spacious, open-plan lounge with double sofa bed, big dining area, modern kitchen (all what you need to prepare any kind of food) and the private laundry. In the main bedroom there is a dressing area. Two bathrooms, one ensuite. A fantastic swimming pool area with private pool. Around the pool you have 4 sunbeds, a big table with 4 chairs. This Villa is situated within a complex with other properties. Please note, this is a self-catering finished villa. We provide cleaning service at the beginning and at the end of the staying; fresh sheets only for stayings more than 10 days. This is not a hotel. The entire Villa is your own private space including the porch and swimming pool area. The entire villa comprises the lounge, dinning, kitchen, bathrooms, bedrooms and porch area.
