Ayer tuvimos el placer de participar en Califato Gourmet, una cita imprescindible con la alta gastronomía en Córdoba.

Desde nuestro Restaurante La Molienda, presentamos una propuesta que refleja nuestra esencia y el respeto por el producto:

Carpaccio de lomo de ciervo, Oloroso y espuma de mostaza al estragón.
