Which beach will be your favourite?

Not all of Caleta de Fuste's beaches are the same.

Some are perfect for families and paddling, some give you plenty of space to stretch out, while others are just right when your idea of a beach day includes a cold drink or a leisurely lunch nearby.

And that's one of the things we love about Caleta — you don't have to choose just one.

A relaxing pool day shouldn’t have to begin with an alarm clock.

At Litha House, our guests have six private sun loungers — one for every guest.

That means no getting up at dawn, no rushing down with towels and no deciding who gets the last lounger. Simply head to the shared pool when you’re ready and enjoy your place in the Fuerteventura sunshine. 😎

There is one very important holiday question that seems to divide cocktail drinkers… When your P**n Star Martini arrives with a little glass of Prosecco, do you sip it separately—or pour it into the cocktail?
I always sip mine separately, but I’m curious to know what everyone else does!
Oliver Fly is my favourite place for a leisurely cocktail in Caleta de Fuste. Its sunny rooftop terrace overlooks the palm trees and rooftops towards the Atlantic—and it’s only around a three-minute walk from Litha House.
In my latest Carol’s Guide, I’ve shared why I return there, my favourite cocktail, a good alcohol-free alternative, the popular Sunday Glitter Boys Show and a classic P**n Star Martini recipe to try at home.
Cocktail in hand, sunshine overhead and no need to worry about driving home—that sounds like holiday mode to me. ☀️

Peace of mind is built in at Litha House.
The house is situated within the gated Amuley Mar I complex and has fitted security shutters, together with a safe for passports, travel documents and valuables.
Whether you’re heading to the beach, going out for dinner or settling down for the night, those practical layers of reassurance make it easier to switch off and enjoy your holiday.
Litha House is also owner-run. Andy and I live around 20 minutes away, so our guests have someone local to contact if they need help during their stay—not a distant call centre.
Because a relaxing holiday isn’t only about where you stay. It’s also about how comfortable you feel while you’re there. ☀️

Take a little taste of Fuerteventura home with you 🌶️

Mojo rojo is best known as the delicious red sauce served with papas arrugadas—but it is far too good to use only with potatoes.

It is fab with grilled fish, chicken, barbecued meat and vegetables, or simply served with some crusty bread.
