💶🫰Rate for the month of December 2024 is €300 weekly rental. rates includes water and electricity cost, bedding and towels.

ℹ️ BOOKING INFORMATION ℹ️

1.To secure a booking we require a €100 non refundable deposit.

2. The balance plus €200 damage/key deposit to be paid 8 weeks before arrival. Damage/key deposit will be returned, when keys are give back and check everything is good.

3.No refunds will be provided if you cancel your booking.

4.Payments made by transfer ( Revolut )

5. 🏠The rental rates also include water and electricity costs, bedding and towels.


ℹ️There is a charge of €100 for the departure clean and laundry. To be paid when check in, and you will given keys and information about the property.

6. Check in time is from 15:00 hours If you arrive after 21:00 hours there is an extra charge of 30€ payable on the day to our key holder.

7. Check out time is before 12:00 noon ( unless other times agreed).

8. Upon arrival at the property you will be met by a representative. They will give you the keys and check you in.

9. All guests 14 years and over must provide their passport details as these are sent to the Spanish authorities. This is mandatory under Spanish tourism law. If the details are not provided then you will not be allowed to stay. The details are stored securely with the Guardia Civil. We don’t keep any copies.
