Nearby are restaurants characteristic of Andalusia to get some Tapas or local seafood. You have the possibility to do any sports, even gliding. The small town has a aquarium to visit. To go out at nights, you have open aire clubs. The owner is rarely in Roquetas del Mar and you are welcome to feel yourself at home. Bedding and bath towels are in the bedroom. ESPAÑOL - SPANISH

2004 wurde die Wohnung gebaut. Man hat einen wunderbaren Ausblick auf den Strand “Playa de las Salinas” in Roquetas De Mar, Landkreis Almeria (30 km nach Almeria). Die Wohnung hat drei Zimmer. Ein Schlafzimmer mit einem Doppelbett, das zweite mit einem Etagenbett und ein Wohnzimmer. Insgesamt etwa 75m². In der Küche findet man alles was man während des Aufenthaltes braucht. Besteck, Geschirr, Kaffemaschiene, Mikrowelle, Herd, Waschmaschiene, etc. Im Wohnzimmer finden Sie einen Fernseher, Satellit, Schlafsofa, Wandschrank, Esstisch, …

Vom Wohnzimmer kommen Sie auf den Balkong (25m²), wo auch ein Grill steht und man einen schönen Blick auf das Mittelmeer hat. Unter anderem sieht man auch den Pool und die Grünanlage. Die Nutzung der Garage ist im Preis inbegriffen. Sie können die Wohnung für ein Wochenende, pro Woche oder eine Saison mieten. In der Nähe gibt es Restaurants mit thypisch andalusischier Küche, z. Tapas oder frische Meeresfrüchte. Sie haben die Möglichkeit viele Sportarten nachzugehen, unter anderem Segelfliegen. Die kleine Stadt hat auch ein Aquarium. Für das Nachtleben finden Sie viele Open Air Discos & Clubs. Der Inhaber der Wohnung ist selbst wenig in Roquetas de Mar. Die Wohnung steht Ihnen voll und ganz zur Verfügung. Bettzeug und Badetücher finden Sie im Schlafzimmer.
