Fifteen years ago, in Holland, Martin and I crossed paths without knowing that moment would quietly shape the rest of our lives ᴇᴄᴏᴄɪʀᴇʀ ʜᴇᴀʟᴛʜʏ sᴛᴀʏ Back then, we were living very different realities, one as a mechanical engineer, the other as a criminal therapist, far from what our hearts were gently calling us toward.
So we listened…
We left it all behind and began a new adventure in Mallorca, one rooted in nature, simplicity, and a deep respect for the island and the people who travel to experience it. What started as a dream became our little micro hotel, a place where every detail is intentional, every experience meaningful, and every guest part of something real.
Along the way, we kept cooking… here and there, across countries, cultures, and kitchens. Collecting flavors, stories, and inspiration. Slowly, naturally, we began transforming those recipes into something that felt like us. Healthy, soulful, and connected.
And now, here we are.
Today in London. Tomorrow, heading into the English countryside. Stepping into a new cooking program that feels like the beginning of our next chapter, a deeper dive into what we love: sharing food, knowledge, and experiences that nourish beyond the plate.
