Meet Luca and Lola, a little story born from the heart of our family

Beautifully illustrated by my daughters, this special little book has been a wonderful journey for all of us.
At its heart, Luca and Lola is a sweet adventure between a baby and a doggie, a story about friendship, tenderness, and the beautiful bond we share with our furry friends. 🐶

We hope this little book finds a special place in your homes, brings smiles to your little ones, and inspires precious moments of reading and cuddling together.
A little piece of our family, shared with yours.

Cooking for my tribe is one of the greatest joys of my life. 🤍
My tribe is my family, but also the community of travellers who wake up with us every morning at ᴇᴄᴏᴄɪʀᴇʀ ʜᴇᴀʟᴛʜʏ sᴛᴀʏ.

Food has always been my way of caring for others. From first baby bites to family gatherings and breakfasts shared with guests, every meal tells a story.
Our kitchen is where life happens, where we cook, learn, share and connect through simple, nourishing food made with fresh, seasonal ingredients.
This is what my new book is about. Food, family, community and the little moments that bring us together.

Stories you can eat. 🌿

.
.
.

WELCOME OCTOBER 🍂 ᴇᴄᴏᴄɪʀᴇʀ ʜᴇᴀʟᴛʜʏ sᴛᴀʏ

There is something truly special about this month. I’m not sure if it’s the falling leaves, the autumn light and colours, or the smell of pumpkin in the kitchen. The truth is, I love stepping into this season of cosiness and renewed energy.

In between lighting the first candles and listening to the raindrops, we remain open at the hotel, welcoming a new season of hiking boots on the Tramuntana trails. Outdoor activities have never felt better. And as the clocks change, so does our breakfast. We welcome back warm porridge with honey and nuts, date cake, pumpkin tacos and autumn hummus.

This month’s recipe might just be elderflower semla, followed by cacao cooking classes and some Halloween specials for the little ones.
October, I want you all. 🍂🕯️🎃

BIENVENIDO, OCTUBRE 🍂 ᴇᴄᴏᴄɪʀᴇʀ ʜᴇᴀʟᴛʜʏ sᴛᴀʏ

.
.
.
ᴇᴄᴏᴄɪʀᴇʀ ʜᴇᴀʟᴛʜʏ sᴛᴀʏ

When I was fourteen, I traveled to Bali and discovered the most incredible Indonesian banana pancakes ᴇᴄᴏᴄɪʀᴇʀ ʜᴇᴀʟᴛʜʏ sᴛᴀʏ 🍌 Soft, creamy banana with a little honey. Somewhere along the way, I forgot how to make them, and for years they stayed as one of those beautiful food memories from my travels.

Then one day, the recipe simply came back to me. I made the pancakes for my children and, just like that, they became part of our family breakfasts. This recipe and the story behind it, is in my new book.
And talking about the book… in just 15 days it goes to print! We made one very important last-minute change: the title. The new one feels more natural, more us and much closer to what we actually do.

FAMILY FOODS 🌿

In the end, this book is about food, memories, travels, recipes passed on, cooking together and all those little stories that become part of a family.
15 days to print… it’s getting real. 🤍
—————————

.
.
.

Saturday mornings at the local markets in Mallorca 🌿 ᴇᴄᴏᴄɪʀᴇʀ ʜᴇᴀʟᴛʜʏ sᴛᴀʏ

Walking between the stalls, meeting local farmers and filling our basket with organic, seasonal produce just makes such a difference. You see where your food comes from, cook with what the land is giving you right now, and somehow everything tastes better.
Saying goodbye to summer. With the last tomatoes and peppers, we’re baking our last Coca de Trampó of the season. 100% Mallorcan style.

For the dough:
• 100 ml mineral water
• 100 ml beer
• 100 ml extra virgin olive oil
• 100 ml ghee butter
• Strong flour, as needed

For the trampó:
• 3 ripe tomatoes
• 2 green peppers
• 1 white onion
• Extra virgin olive oil
• Salt & pepper
• A little Mediterranean spice

Mix the dough ingredients, adding flour until soft and easy to work with. Finely chop the vegetables and marinate them well with olive oil, salt, pepper and spices, this is the secret! Stretch the dough thin, add the trampó and bake at 200°C for 30–35 min, until golden and crispy.

🇪🇸 in the comments!

This winter we stay open ᴇᴄᴏᴄɪʀᴇʀ ʜᴇᴀʟᴛʜʏ sᴛᴀʏ

Because fresher days with blue skies and winter sun, deserve long hikes in the Tramuntana, outdoor sports, almond trees in blossom, cooking classes in a sweater, little mountain villages to discover, evenings by the open fire and slow days enjoying the island at its quietest.

There is something very special about Mallorca in winter, slower, wilder and beautifully peaceful.

Come and discover another side of the island with us. 🤍
——————————

.
.
.

The girls always had a dream… and today we decided to have some fun with it! 🐾🍪 We LOVE dogs, with four Labradors at home, I guess that’s pretty obvious! 🤎 ᴇᴄᴏᴄɪʀᴇʀ ʜᴇᴀʟᴛʜʏ sᴛᴀʏ

Two sisters starting a new little adventure: Bark & Biscuits, homemade, healthy cookies for doggies .bark

The girls are the ones behind it all: baking the biscuits, taking the pictures and coming up with new ideas. We’re just in charge of managing the account. 😉

Together with our vet and inspired by local ingredients from the farm, like our Mediterranean carob 🌿 our micro doggie bakery is born.

Welcome to Bark & Biscuits! 🐾🍪🤍
Follow our new adventure!
——————

¡Bienvenidos a Bark & Biscuits! 🐾🍪🤍
Seguid nuestra nueva aventura.
.
.

My new book has arrived! ᴇᴄᴏᴄɪʀᴇʀ ʜᴇᴀʟᴛʜʏ sᴛᴀʏ 📖

A little story for children, inspired by baby Luca, doggie Lola and our farmhouse in the Tramuntana, between orange and lemon trees, the scent of fresh herbs and the magic of nature. An adventure between a child and a doggie 🐶, filled with curiosity, friendship and beautiful values.

What makes it even more special is that it became a family creation: I wrote the story, my daughters made the drawings, and my mother brought them to life with color Francesca Martí
Three generations creating together. 🤍

Made with lots of love in Mallorca, now available at the hotel or online order - link in bio!

Day 1/100 of Biohacking before Xmas ᴇᴄᴏᴄɪʀᴇʀ ʜᴇᴀʟᴛʜʏ sᴛᴀʏ
100 days of better choices & daily transformation.

As every September, this Virgo goes into introspection mode ♍️
Detoxing what no longer serves us, adding more of what makes us happy, and intentionally optimizing sleep, nutrition, movement, recovery & longevity.

Maybe is time to revisit those goals, reset and remember:
“Your days are your life in miniature. As you craft each day, so you create your life. Consistency is the mother of mastery & the little things you do daily are so much more important than the big things you do once in a while.”
— Robin Sharma

There is something special about making pizza together ᴇᴄᴏᴄɪʀᴇʀ ʜᴇᴀʟᴛʜʏ sᴛᴀʏ

Hands in the flour, choosing your favourite toppings, waiting for the dough to rise… and that wonderful smell when the first pizza comes out of the oven.

Next Sunday, 20 September, we say goodbye to summer with flour in the air, warm ovens and a table to gather around.
Together, we’ll make different styles of pizza from scratch, before sitting down to taste everything we’ve created.
A morning to get messy, laugh, learn something new and simply enjoy being together.

20 September · 10:00–13:30
Ecocirer Farmhouse 🍕🌿
Limited places available.
—————
