Every Thursday this summer, our lavender field became a dinner table.
Rice cooked over open flame as the sun dropped behind the Tramuntana.
Eight Mallorcan artisans, each shaping a piece of the table by hand.

Thank you MODA ARTESANA DE MALLORCA and Consell de Mallorca for bringing your craft into the heart of every dinner.
Lavender Nights closes for this year. What comes next is already taking shape.

Cada jueves de este verano, nuestro campo de lavanda se transformó en mesa compartida.
Arroz cocinado a fuego vivo mientras el sol se escondía tras la Tramuntana.
Ocho artesanos mallorquines, cada uno moldeando a mano una parte de la mesa.

Gracias MODA ARTESANA DE MALLORCA y Consell de Mallorca por traer vuestro oficio al centro de cada cena.
Lavender Nights se despide por este año. Lo que viene ya está en camino.

Set within 157 hectares of the Sierra de Tramuntana, the hotel grows out of the land itself, lavender fields, olive trees, earth-toned stone. Every moment here unfolds slowly, like living inside a quiet Mallorcan dream.
