Casa Blanca is a light-filled and airy two-storey house by the sea,only five minutes walk from a Blue Flag sand & shingle beach, in a neighbourhood called Corinto. The house belongs to Chris and Sonia, an English and Spanish couple, who bought the house in 2016 and since then have aimed to transform it into a relaxing & tranquil place to spend time by the sea. s from the Valencia airport, it is the perfect place to have a comfortable and stress free break in Spain, off the beaten track and at a very reasonable price. The main features of the fully featured house are its Mediterranean garden, loads of creature comforts, and its simple & stylish decor. It also has a private community swimming pool that will please children and adults alike, before or after a trip to the beach. It is a two bedroom house in a small development of low-rise houses, with the master double bedroom on the first floor, with its own south-facing terrace and views over the fields, and the other twin bedroom in the ground floor. It is ideal for two to four people, although it could comfortably accommodate five with the use of a sofa/day bed in the master bedroom. The house has air conditioning throughout, a kitchen with all mod cons (including dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, kettle, toaster, juice maker amongst other gadgets), with a compact interior patio, a toilet and an open-plan dining and sitting room from where you can access to the garden’s terrace, which it is ideal to start the day with a fantastic breakfast before you go to have a swim at the beach or in the pool. The front garden has a shower, a large terraced area to have your lunch or dinner in the shade in the hot summer days or under the winter sun, and direct access to a child-friendly pedestrian area. There are cycle lanes and small play areas near the house, and reserved car parking nearby. For the adventurous there are also two adult size folding bicycles which can be used for trips to the market or the local villages. The location is perfect for those who want to get to know the quiet beaches of the area. The beaches of the Costa del Azahar are the complete opposite of the crowded Costa Blanca, and here you will see a combination of the traditional Mediterranean beaches, where many Spanish families go (such as the beaches near Almenara or Almarda), and the more "touristy" beaches like the ones in Canet de Mar, with its lively night life, and with a wide choice of bars and restaurants. The house sits in a unique position to explore not only the beach, but the mountains and towns surrounding it. Only thirty minutes away by car or train is the bustling historic city of Valencia, an ideal location for those who want to combine city tourism with mountain or beach activities, or cultural and gastronomic experiences (like eating a real Valencian paella). Casa Blanca es una casita de playa, situada a 400 metros de esta, de dos plantas, en la una urbanizacion en la playa de Corinto. La casa pertenece a Chris y Sonia, un matrimonio compuesto de un ingles y una espanola que la compraron en 2016 y desde entonces se han dedicado a transformarla en un lugar relajado y agradable donde pasar unas tranquilas y divertidas vacaciones. La casa destaca por su pequeno jardin, su luminosidad, comodidad, detallada sencillez y fresca decoracion. Tambien cuenta con una piscina comunitaria que hara las delicias de pequenos y grandes por igual. Antes o despues de la playa. Cuenta con dos habitaciones, una abuardillada en el primer piso, con una pequena terraza, y la otra en la planta baja. Es ideal para dos o cuatro personas, aunque se pueden acomodar hasta cinco. La casa dispone de aire acondicionado (frio y caliente), de cocina totalmente equipada, (lavabajillas, microondas, lavadora, calentador de agua, tostadora y exprimidor de naranjas, entre otras cosas), con un pequeno patio interior, un bano y un salon comedor donde se accede directamente a la terraza y al jardin, perfecta para desayunar y empezar el dia con energia antes de darse un bano en la playa o en la piscina. El jardin cuenta con una pequena ducha, zona para comer y cenar a la sombra en verano y al calido sol en invierno. La situacion de Casa Blanca es perfecta para los que quieren conocer el entorno de playas tranquilas de la zona. Donde se combina la tradicion de las pequenas playas donde veranea la gente local, como la playa de Almenara, y mas turisticas como las playas de Canet, con su tambien variada noche nocturna y diversidad de bares y restaurantes. Es tambien un enclave unico para poder explorar tanto la montana como las zones de marchal. Ha solo 30 minutos de la ciudad de Valencia, es ideal para aquellos que quieran combiner el turismo activo de montana o playa con las visitas culturales y gastronomicas (como comer una paella valenciana).
