🍋 This delicious dessert is made by coating fresh lemon tree leaves in a batter of flour, milk, and eggs. They’re then fried until golden and sprinkled with sugar and cinnamon.

And the most curious fact?

You don’t eat the lemon leaves! They simply add a lovely citrus aroma to this much-loved Murcian speciality.
