On 20 and 21 June, the first light of day will mark the beginning of this gathering among the vines, combining yoga, breathwork and contemplation to start the day in a state of calm and connection with the surrounding landscape.

The Hospedería Terrace is now open. Our outdoor garden once again welcomes the summer season with a selection of local gastronomy, signature cocktails, and dishes from the Vinoteca menu, all to be enjoyed with views over the Abbey of Santa María de Retuerta.

A space designed for lingering over lunch, toasting at sunset, and experiencing the estate from one of its most special terraces.

Throughout the summer season, the terrace is open for lunch from 12:30pm to 8:00pm, with drinks and cocktails available throughout the rest of opening hours.

On Tuesdays and Wednesdays, it will also be open to non-resident guests.

La Terraza de la Hospedería ya está abierta. Nuestro jardín al aire libre vuelve a recibir el verano con una propuesta de gastronomía local, cócteles de autor y platos de Vinoteca para disfrutar con vistas a la Abadía de Santa María de Retuerta.

Un espacio pensado para alargar la sobremesa, brindar al atardecer y vivir la finca desde una de sus terrazas más especiales.

Durante la temporada estival, abierta para almuerzos de 12:30h a 20:00h y para bebidas y cócteles durante el resto del horario.

Los martes y miércoles, también estará abierta para clientes no alojados en el hotel.

Last week, we shared a few very special days with PARIS/64, a brand with which we share a very similar way of doing things: caring for every detail, valuing craftsmanship and enjoying processes carried out with calm and care.

Over two days, we shared with Marta Ordovás, Ana María Chico de Guzmán, Andrea Pascual, María Vega Penichet, Vega Royo-Villanova and Karla Cova Villa some of the places and moments that best represent us: walks through the vineyards, the history of the Abbey, our winery, a shared tasting, a picnic in the vegetable garden and many conversations around the table.

Thank you to the entire PARIS/64 team and to all our guests for sharing these days with us at Abadía Retuerta.

La semana pasada vivimos unos días muy especiales junto a PARIS/64, una marca con la que compartimos una forma muy parecida de hacer las cosas: cuidando cada detalle, valorando la artesanía y disfrutando de los procesos hechos con calma y cariño.

Durante dos días, compartimos con Marta Ordovás, Ana María Chico de Guzmán, Andrea Pascual, María Vega Penichet, Vega Royo-Villanova y Karla Cova Villa algunos de los lugares y momentos que más nos representan: paseos entre viñedos, la historia de la Abadía, nuestra bodega, una cata compartida, un picnic en el huerto y muchas conversaciones alrededor de la mesa.

Gracias a todo el equipo de PARIS/64 y a todas las invitadas por compartir estos días con nosotros en Abadía Retuerta.

From 1 June, with the arrival of the summer season, we open some of our most special spaces to experience summer on the estate.

Our outdoor pool among the vineyards returns, along with the Pool Bar and its signature cocktails, open-air breakfasts in the Cloister Garden, and the Hospedería Terrace, where guests can enjoy the Vinoteca menu, local gastronomy and drinks in a unique setting, with views of the Abbey of Santa María de Retuerta.

A partir del 1 de junio, con la llegada de la temporada estival, abrimos algunos de nuestros espacios más especiales para vivir el verano en la finca.

Vuelven la piscina exterior entre viñedos, el Pool Bar con sus cócteles de autor, los desayunos al aire libre en el Jardín del Claustro y la Terraza de la Hospedería, donde disfrutar de la carta de Vinoteca, gastronomía local y bebidas en un entorno único, con vistas a la Abadía de Santa María de Retuerta.

Our Enogastronomic Experience at Calicata invites guests to discover Abadía Retuerta from its very origin: the history of the Abbey of Santa María de Retuerta, a journey through the estate and its viewpoints, the vineyard, the winery and a guided tasting of three of our wines.

The experience culminates at Calicata, our terrace among the vineyards, open only during the summer season. A space overlooking the estate where gastronomy speaks of local produce, seasonality and Castilian cuisine, with a proposal recognised with a Solete Repsol by Guía Repsol since 2022.

A private experience to enjoy wine, nature and gastronomy from one of the most special corners of Abadía Retuerta.

Nuestra Experiencia Enogastronómica en Calicata invita a descubrir Abadía Retuerta desde su origen: la historia de la Abadía de Santa María de Retuerta, el recorrido por la finca y sus miradores, el viñedo, la bodega y una cata comentada de tres de nuestros vinos.

El final del recorrido sucede en Calicata, nuestra terraza entre viñedos, abierta solo durante la temporada estival. Un espacio con vistas a la finca donde la gastronomía habla de producto local, temporada y cocina castellana, con una propuesta reconocida con un Solete Repsol por la Guía Repsol desde 2022.

On 30 May, to mark National Nutrition Day, our Santuario Wellness & Spa invites guests to experience 'Slow Living entre Aromas', one of our Rituales de Bienser.
A pause to rediscover the pleasure of what is essential through aromatic plants, conscious movement and small everyday gestures that connect us with the body, nature and the serene rhythm of the estate.
Inspired by the Premonstratensian motto Ad omne opus bonum parati, “prepared for every good work”, the Rituales de Bienser celebrate calm, contemplation and the connection with the territory.
An experience to breathe, feel and look at the everyday with a renewed sense of presence.
