After much delay getting into the Spanish health system 🙈 I needed a procedure at quite short notice and want to applaud the nurses and doctors at Hospital Comercal Velez Malaga for the most amazing service.

After several weeks of back to back retreats, guests and filming I was so utterly knackered I’m not sure I needed the anaesthetic tbh 😂 I laid down for a nap to await further instruction then came to and honestly did not know I’d had the operation!

Hugely efficient, friendly staff that were very patient with my broken Spanish and the cleanest, tidiest ward I’ve ever seen.

What a pleasant surprise given than I’m absolutely pathetic when it comes to hospitals, blood and needles. Just as well as I have another two procedures to look forward to in the next couple of months 🙈

Now back to work. LOTS of Unique Retreats Spain photos coming soon! It’s been an absolute blast but doesn’t really stop until November 😊

Over eight months of this cheeky guy chasing our arses with his flippin’ camera to capture our Unique Retreats Spain and Mountain Bike Spain shenanigans in the sun 🤯😊

Let’s hope it’s TV worthy 🙈. I guess we’ll find out in January! 😬

We have had an absolute blast filming with Jamie this year and are so fortunate to have been chosen for this show. He’s captured the best and, no doubt, the worst of our escapades. God help us when it goes live! 🤣

💃 LIFE AT A Unique Retreats Spain DANCE FITNESS RETREAT ☀️

A lot of dancing, heaps of sunshine, loads of laughter… and absolutely no pressure to get the steps right! 😂

This is what we love about a dance retreat: moving because it feels good, taking a breather in the pool when you fancy one, and sharing it all with lovely people. There may even be beagle cuddles between sessions. 🐶

We had the BEST time and are planning two retreats for 2027 and can’t wait to do it all again! 💃☀️
