Grounds: finca with a total area of 14,000 m2, duplex house with fully furnished interior of 220 m2 plus 100m2 of exterior porches and terraces, surrounded by a beatiful dry garden decorated with gravels, big stones and plants. There is one covered garage parking place, but there is plenty of own space for parking several cars more in the property. There is a big outdoor barbecue in the garden to enjoy delicious meals with your family and friends. Being the last finca of the road without close neigbors make it very convenient, private and quiet. Internet wifi is available in the house via 3G. Interior: built with first quality materials, the house is built on two floors. Bottom floor has a large living-room with satellite TV, DVD player and an iron chimney. An arc separates this area from the dinning-room. The kitchen is full-equipped with cooker, oven, microwave, fridge, dishwasher and coffee machine. The main bedroom in-suite with a charming bathroom and a dressing-room. Additionally a laundry room with washer, a garage and an interior staircase to the upper floor. Ground floor has a front porch to enjoy the majestic view to the mountains and a rear porch with access to the swimming pool. The top floor has three bedrooms, a bathroom and two terraces. One of the bedrooms has two single beds. The other three bedrooms have double beds. Additionally there are two couchs, a big one in the living room and another one in a bedroom. The whole house has hot and cold air conditioning. Entertainment: enjoy the white sandy and crystal blue water of beaches in Mallorca. For nature lovers it is a must a tour through the mountains and visit the Lluch monastery and Sa Calobra. Visit some of the stunning caves in Porto Cristo, Arta, Campanet, etc. Enjoy the delicious Majorcan and Spanish food in an extensive offer of restaurants. Walk and buy stuff from the very popular market in Inca every Thursday morning. Go shopping to malls like Festival Park, Alcampo and Porto Pi.
