These simple two and three-bedroom apartments are located 50 metres from Es Port Beach and Colonia S They are only 50m from the beach “Es Port” and harbor.

The apartments are located in the street “Marina, 28″ in Colonia de Sant Jordi, in the south of Majorca island. Supermarket is only 200 m away and the beach “Es Trenc” is about 30 minutes on foot. The building consists of 6 apartments. We rent 4 of them. 2 apartments have 2 bedrooms and 2 apartments have 3 bedrooms. Each apartment has 2 badrooms. The apartments with 2 bedrooms have 2 single beds i

n each one of the bedrooms, and a sofa-bed in the living room. The maximum capacity is 5 People. 2 bathrooms, one with bath and one with shower. The apartments with 3 bedrooms have 2 single beds in each one of the bedrooms, and a sofa-bed in the living room. The maximum capacity is 7 People. 2 bathrooms, one with bath and one with shower. Living room with large balcony, satellite TV with 4 channels and kitchen with all utensils, Melitta coffee maker, fridge. High chair and cot for children. Cleaning service is included in the price, once per week. Sheets are changed once per week and towels twice per week.

Catch the weekly markets in the nearby towns of Inca and Manacor, where the local crafts and goods make for perfect holiday souvenirs
Colonia St Jordi nightlife: The nightlife is mainly centered around a small selection of charming local restaurants, where you can sit back with a bottle of wine and enjoy some delicious local tapas and fresh fish. If you prefer to spend your evenings dancing the night away then jump in a taxi to the marina at Cala D’or where you will find a fantastic selection of lively bars and clubs.
Colonia St Jordi top attractions: As much as we all hate early mornings, catching the early ferry to Cabrera Island should be your one exception. Enjoy a truly one off experience on this beautiful island, which is home to thousands of species of plants and wildlife

There are many sites to visit in Mallorca, like the Diocesa museum, which opened in 2007 with lots of Christian historic art work, and Castell de Bellver which is set atop a pleasant park and it’s the only one of its kind in Spain with a unique round tower and circular construction. There are also the ruins of a Roman town of Pollentia, which lie just outside of Alcudia, and was founded around 70 BC. This is a great archeological site and Rome’s most important Mallorcan city. We are waiting for you to come and visit all of them.

This summer there are so many attractions in Mallorca for you to enjoy. One of best ways to see all the beauty of the island's coastline is from a boat. If you don't have one to enjoy with your family and friends, then many companies have boats for renting or organize cruises along the island. From small to big, you can enjoy the beauty of the sea in all kinds of boats. Some even have a glass bottom so you can see the fish and vegetation. But if you like the adrenaline rush you can take a ride on a speed boat to get your heart pumping. There is nothing more romantic with taking a sunset cruise with your loved one and seeing the spectacular colors when the sun goes down over the horizon. From Colonia Sant Jordi you can take a boat to visit the wonderful islands of Cabrera, which is about an hour away. From every port of Mallorca there is a starting point for a boat trip, you can choose to explore the bay area with its resorts and marinas, visit the remote beaches, discover the pretty coves like Sa Calobra, visit the Natural Reserve of Sa Dragonera. And then there is the east coast of Mallorca, ideal for those who want to try snorkeling.

Sailing is a big activity in Palma de Mallorca and the high point is Copa del Rey or the King’s Cup event, held for eight days in July and August, where Juan Carlos I, the king of Spain and his son Felipe come and compete. If you come earlier in the year, like April, you get to see the PalmaVela event, where hundreds of yachts from all over the world come to glide over the beautiful blue waters. Overall, there are dozens of sailing events organized during the year and many people come to compete and enjoy the breeze. If you have a smaller boat and you think you can’t compete with the bigger ones, no matter, we got you covered. In December there is a huge event held called Ciutat de Palma-Regata Nova IX, in which only small boats are allowed. So come to Mallorca to satisfy your urge for adventure and competitiveness.

We recommend spending your spring and summer vacation with us, in Colonia de Sant Jordi, Mallorca. This little piece of heaven on earth, is located on the south east side of the island and it first started as a fishing town. Throughout history it evolved in what it is today, a luxurious tourist attraction renowned all over the world for its superb beaches, for its amazing blue Mediterranean waters, for the hospitality of the people that live here and last but not least for the variety of wonderful and engaging activities that take place here every year. The location is also home to one of the most prestigious rental apartment complexes on the whole island, offering the best services a tourist can wish for. From Colonia de Sant Jordi you have the opportunity to visit the nearby islands where you can see the former prisoner camp during the Napoleonic wars but also you can enjoy a wonderful day at sea under the perfect blue sky that. Also if you are lucky enough to visit Colonia de Sant Jordi in the 1st week of august you will be able to enjoy the summer festival that takes place here every year, a summer festival that will give you memories that will last a lifetime.

Como un destino turístico muy popular , Colonia de Sant Jordi tiene un montón de restaurantes y bares que permiten ser disfrutados al aire libr, tanto en primavera como en verano, épocas de mayor turismo en la isla de Mallorca. Venga a disfrutar de la comida tradicional mallorquina, degustar el marisco fresco y disfrutar de los vinos de nuestra isla. La mayoría de los establecimientos están ubicados a lo largo de la avenida de la Primavera y también en la calle Estanys, muy cerca de nuestros apartamentos. Venga y disfrute de la noche, de las tapas: ésta es su oportunidad de probar las tapas en los restaurantes del pueblo que las ofrecen desde las 7 pm hasta cerca de la medianoche . Si no está acostumbrado al pescado fresco, marisco o platos tradicionales, la mayoría de los restaurantes de la zona ofrecen también carne, pasta, etc.

As a popular tourist destination, Colonia de Sant Jordi has lots of restaurants and bars for you to check out, this spring and summer, when you will be taking your vacation in Palma de Mallorca. Come and take a bite from our traditional dishes, taste the fresh seafood and enjoy the cavas wine. Most establishments are located along the Avinguda de la Primavera and nearby Carrer Estanys, very close to our apartments. Come and experience the tapas night, this is your chance to sample restaurants that are offering tapas from 7 p.m. until close to midnight. If you are not into fresh fish, seafood or traditional meals, then check out the other side of the marina for a special place where you can get BBQ steaks and other meats each night, grilled to perfection.
