Su tamaño es de 100 m para dos habitaciones, salón, cocina y baño, lo que hace que cada una de las estancias sea de gran amplitud. Está situado en el corazón del centro de Sevilla y en él se aunan tradición y modernidad.

Consta de dos grandes habitaciones, una de ellas con cama de matrimonio y la otra con tres camas individuales. Ambas exteriores. El apartamento consta de un tradicional patio de luces típico de la arquitectura de las antiguas casas sevillanas, ahora totalmente reformado y acondicionado como Salón de la casa, el cual incluye también una mesa de comedor para seis comensales. Consta de un baño independiente y una gran cocina totalmente equipada y preparada con todos los electrodomésticos.

Esta ubicado a un paso también de los lugares de mayor interés turístico, la Plaza Nueva donde se ubica el Edificio del Ayuntamiento de Sevilla diseñado por Diego de Riaño en el siglo XV, La Catedral de Sevilla y la Giralda.
