Still looking for a last minute holiday to the costa calida?

We rent out our flat since June 2022. All furniture is new.
A cozy flat with 2 bedrooms on the golf resort Hacienda Riquelme in Sucina.

The apartment is available from 21/08 to 13/09 and from 24/09 to 7/11.
October and December can still be rented for a whole month!

We now also have a high chair and children’s cutlery in our apartment. A cot is available on request.

Escapada is the perfect place if you are looking for peace and quiet.
If you want to do a citytrip or go for a hike, everything is possible within a reach of 15min.

Our flat is fully equipped so that you can feel at home.

Sometimes we need to escape from the hectic life.
Escapada is the perfect place to rest and find yourself. Our flat at the golf resort Hacienda Riquelme is the perfect base if you want to go hiking in the mountains or seek out the cosiness of the city, the beach or relax at the resort by the pool. Yoga classes are offered at the resort.

Murcia city is located in the region of the same name. It is located about 30 kilometres from the Mediterrean Sea. But Murcia is surrounded by fertile fields and orchards.
It is also called the vegetable garden of Spain.

Furthermore, Murcia is a commercial and industrial city for the region. But it is also a university town and this makes it young and lively.

Definitely go into town and enjoy the small streets.

In the area of “El cathedral de Santa Maria”, you can find several restaurants and tapas bar. is highly recommended.
A 30minute drive from our flat in Sucina 😍.
