is a farming village with the 2 main crops of almonds and olives planted on narrow terraces originally built by the Moors. The scenery is stunning with breathtaking views around every corner, walking is a wonderful way to explore the area taking in the bird life and the abundance of wild flowers and herbs. There is the ruin of a Moorish castle above the village that has spectacular 360 degree views.

The village provides general stores, bakery, pharmacy, doctors surgery, gift shop, banks, restaurants and various bars. It has an open air swimming pool (June - September).
