Ceviche with lime and dragonfruit, home-baked bread, and duck roulade with wild mushrooms- every dish told a story of the season.

Today, we’re still riding the buzz from our mountain-top wine tasting evening
Set against those breathtaking views, every sip tasted richer—and every moment felt more magical.

A huge thank-you to our incredible local wine producer Ángel
Your passion and craft brought the terroir to life in every glass. Your dedication showed, and we were honored to showcase your exceptional small production young wines with all the flavour of our valley Bijauca.

And to all our wonderful guests: your laughter, curiosity, and shared appreciation for good wine truly made the evening unforgettable. It’s your presence that turned a lovely event into a heartfelt celebration.

Wine tasting in our beautiful valley!

From the field to your table... two young wine-makers are making vibrant fresh wines with pure flavours of Tárbena.

Some of the grapes they use are grown right next to the restaurant, and we enjoyed a short walk to see the new green leaves unfolding on the young vines.

We learned how the moscatel and giró, typical grape varieties of this area, flourish in this stony dramatic landscape, and we are proud to be serving these small production, home-crafted wines in our wine selection

Thanks so much to Ángel and Pedro for sharing their time and knowledge about local wine production, as well as the delicious wines!
