Welcome to Jana’s Retreat at Club Guacimeta, a small complex with a communal swimming pool and landscaped garden. Situated in Matagorda, the more relaxed area of Puerto del Carmen, Jana’s Retreat is We are less than 10 minutes from the airport – so no time wasted in starting your holiday! Jana’s Retreat is an upper floor Apartment Terrace with balcony overlooking both of the complex’s Pools (Main

& Children’s pool) and with views to the Atlantic Ocean. The bedroom has a small Juliette Balcony looking out to Montaña Blanca. Well-equipped Kitchen containing 2-ring hob, microwave oven, fridge, airfryer, Nespresso coffee machine, kettle, toaster, pots and utensils. Breakfast bar. There is a safe deposit box and a bathroom with waterfall shower. Iron / Board. Living Room with sofa bed and 50” Smart TV, leads out onto the Balcony with seating area, overlooking pools and views out towards sea. The Beach is a short walk (5 minutes) directly from Club Guacimeta. You’ll not struggle for space on these long, idyllic and clean Blue Flag beaches. The beachfront is lined with restaurants, shops and coffee shops and a Street Work-out gym. In the immediate area alone, there is a plethora of Bars & Restaurants offering a selection traditional or modern cuisine – Mediterranean, Mexican, Indian, Chinese, Japanese and Tapas. There are several small supermarkets in the area. The livelier strip of Nightclubs and yet more Bars & Restaurants, Shops and Boutiques is a short, cheap taxi or bus ride away or if you prefer, a very pleasant stroll along part of the longest promenade in Europe! Matagorda is ideal for Cycling & Walking and the front is pedestrianised with new walkways and separate cycle lanes. Tennis & Padel Tennis and Bike hire is also available in the area and the Golf course is nearby. Jana's Retreat is registered & licenced for tourism. Licence Number: VV-35-3-0005235
